Yesterday, we celebrated the release of our new book, The Gentle Art of Leadership, co-authored by Brian Donovan and Dean Phelan. The launch brought together nearly sixty supporters from around the globe. It was inspiring to hear so many of the 50+ leaders we interviewed share their overwhelming support for the book and its message. Their testimonials about the value of the stories within the book, backed by solid empirical data, was inspiring.Β
The insights shared by our interviewees reaffirmed great leaders don’t have to fit the mould of being charismatic, extroverted, and forceful. Instead, they highlighted that the most impactful leaders embody a blend of personal humility, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the well-being and long-term success of their organisations and people.
The leaders who have influenced us most are usually those who genuinely cared, connected with us, and believed in us. They practised what we call, βThe Gentle Art of Leadership.β Our book emphasises that leaders who treat others with dignity and respect not only foster positive environments but also achieve remarkable results. They excel in bringing out the best in others while maintaining a sharp focus on strategic outcomes.
A huge thank you to all our friends and supporters who joined us in celebrating this milestone. Your encouragement means the world to us, and we couldn’t have reached this point without your support.
To mark this special occasion, we are offering the eBook version at a discounted price for one week only: $0.99 USD on Amazon US and $1.52 AUD on Amazon Australia. This limited-time offer ends on Monday, December 9th.
Thank you once again for being part of this journey with us!
